We had a few tiles missing & chimney that really needed repointing, from first posting the job 5 star made n contact and came the same day n qouted, we went with them as there price was very good and works was carried out to a very good standard, very happy with them and will keep there details for future reference,

Avoid, didn't do the whole job he said he would gutters are leaking after paying £750 for roof and gutters to be cleared. Said he would come back but just keeps fobbing me off. Absolute cowboy who takes no pride in his work. AVOID.

My roof was letting in rain very badly. I was given the names of 5 companies who were interested in doing the repairs. Lee from 5 *STAR* contacted me almost immediately by phone and he came later in the day to examine the problem.  He came the following day to do the repairs and additionally said that some soffit on the roof above the bay window needed replacing.  I knew this to be the case as I could see that it had been ‘drooping’ for some time.  The price he quoted seemed about right for amount of work necessary. I needed to wait until it rained again before knowing if the repairs had been successful. It rained recently and there was no leak so I am very pleased with the work.
