Had leadwork done on the roof by Shane’s team. Within a few weeks, it started leaking. When contacted, Shane gave excuse after excuse and never returned. The job was rushed and poorly done. Save your time and money—go with a more reliable roofing company.

Booked Smcontracts for porch installation. Shane promised a quick turnaround but kept delaying. When finally done, it looked rushed and unprofessional. Paint was uneven, and some panels were already coming loose. For the price I paid, I expected far better. I regret hiring them. Won’t use again.

Hired Shane from Smcontracts for tile roof installation. Work started late, dragged on far longer than promised, and the quality was poor. Several tiles were misaligned and leaking within weeks. Very disappointed with the communication and lack of aftercare. Definitely not worth the price paid. Would not recommend.
