What a fantastic company Refurb Property Maintenance is Rubin, Steve and Mark recently did some work on my house Fascias,Soffit,Gutters and Dry Verge Caps there service really is fantastic from quoting for the job ( Amazing Price) to finishing the job clearing up. I am so pleased with the job that they have done and the priced they charged. Really nice polite set of lads I would highly recommend them for all your building home improvements I wouldn't go to another company again I would always use Refurb Property Maintenance I rate them 10 🌟 Thank you for all your help I can't tell you how much I appreciate it 😀

Ruben and Steve and their team were really efficient had the job finished quickly in few days to a good standard ,they were really open and honest about costs and provided good advice on what needed to be done without any pressure to commit.I would be happy to use them for any future work and would recommend their service

BEWARE... Total CONMEN. Steve will appear civil and nice. Charged over £5000 to refelt section of roof due to leak. Completed the job and paid in full. 10 year guarantee signed. Roof leaking within a few weeks of job completion. Trying to get them to return for 6 months to honour the guarantee. Excuses included COVID, illness, weather, busy etc etc. They've now blocked my number and any number I call them on. Will now be issuing legal proceedings. Please stay clear of these men for if anything goes wrong they'll not stand over it.
