Brad and his team replaced my roof and veluxe back in February of this year overall they did a decent job there were a couple of areas that need a little improvement such as communication he did not let me know that the scaffolders were coming they just turned up to erect it also there should have been a skip for waste disposal again Brad didn't inform me that he couldn't get a permit in time he did arrange an alternative for the disposal of the waste then for removal of scaffolding I had to chase up a couple of times to get it removed I also had to chase up for invoices and warranty etc price wise they were within range of what other companies were quoting

We had our dormer flat roof replaced today by Smith Bros Roofing Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was punctual, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised — on time and to a very high standard. The price was very fair. They gave clear explanations throughout the process and made sure we understood each step. Their attention to detail was excellent, and they even fixed issues we hadn’t been aware of. I recently had the complete satisfaction of a refit to my previous very poor workmanship & maintenance, on the flat roof at my house. Brad had recently set up his own business but his planning , very fair price & the excellent way he worked with his “mate ” really impressed me. They were able to fit me in between jobs & carried out the complete work ensuring every possible problem was resolved. I was so impressed with this young ,enthusiastic, honest ,hard working young man and highly recommend him. Very relieved & confident that I can call upon him if I have any concerns.
