We recently had our new patio built by James Milligan and the team at SP Developments, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Before the project started, I even generated an AI image of how I imagined the finished patio would look. Amazingly, James and his team exceeded those expectations – the finished patio looks even better than the AI images and more beautiful than I had dreamed. From start to finish, James and his team were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time every day, worked incredibly hard, and completed the entire project in just five days. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they kept everything clean and tidy throughout the build, always clearing up at the end of each day. I found James at SP Developments online, and he was the only person I contacted who actually responded regarding getting my drive done. From the start, he understood exactly what I was looking for and provided helpful samples and suggestions to guide me towards a design that would work really well. The team arrived on time each day and got started straight away, which I really appreciated. They were punctual, efficient, worked hard throughout, and completed the drive on time as promised. I also liked that payment was only taken after the job was completed, which gave real peace of mind. The finished drive looks absolutely fabulous. James’ knowledge and advice really helped ensure the end result worked perfectly, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. My wife is especially happy with it — she was keen to keep some grass as part of the look, and the final design keeps everything in theme with the style of the house while neatly separating the grass area from the window, which was important to us. Several neighbours have also commented on what a great job it is. James truly exemplifies excellence in this field. The result exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
