Very professional from start to finish. Responded quickly, came and quoted and completed the job within 2 hours. Explained the processes and shared before and after photographs of the work completed. Every aspect was explained and discussed. Both were extremely professional and very nice people. I highly recommend them. The finished work was great. Cannot thank them enough.

Very quick to call and come out (next day service quote and fix), it initially seemed like great service to fix our roof to help with damp issues… However, we have since had a hole appear in the roof next to one of the chimneys where the repairs took place. After repeatedly requesting for a time/date for EHI to come out and fix this (as per the warranty provided) I am now seemingly being ignored with no update a week after raising the issue.
