This job was to re-roof our kitchen that hadn’t been done properly by another company and was unsafe Golden Valley came to fix it and what a professional job they have done They were punctual and worked non stop very friendly knew what thundered doing Would highly recommend 10/10

After paying 7k for new roof, i noticed about 12 misscolored tiles, ignored by kyle untill i.put negative review up, he called me saying take review down and i will do tiles (hence a post i put up saying miss communication ) Huh couldnt.be bothered to change all tiles, just 4, what was the point, still unsightly at front of house. Hes got his money now. Guarentee just fake

Steve - Sam was very polite, punctual and empathetic on his assessment and pre-quote visit. He was very patient in his explanations and gave me a range of prices to suit the job, which could have been done in stages. I felt the quote was very fair and accepted it.In the event he promised a start on a certain day, and turned up with his team dead on time. Thereafter, they grafted solidly to prepare the building before installing the grp glass re-enforced flat roof. They didn't stop working for several solid days, always turning up when promised, then each evening leaving the site clean and tidy, this resulted in completion before expected, and although we were not present, they left the site very clean and tidy. Their hard work was noticed in our street and they have already received two approaches from our neighbours who had seen the quality of the finished roof, My garage roof was totally knackered after years of neglect , needing new boards and joists as well as the actual roof covering, all done with minimum of fuss. I have said in the past that a good trader is potentially worth his weight in gold, and Sam and his team certainly proves that point to me, just brilliant.

BEWARE… Everything is done by text, I was asked several times to send my address, the seem to employ some rouge scaffolder’s, they don’t seem to have a level between them as the tiles are running at a we ird angle, they can’t follow simple instructions and leave my neighbours with all the trash which I had to clean up.
