punch bag. Brand is called One X.
still in very good condition, wasn't used much.
size- 4 foot high.
weight- around 17kg
Includes chains for hanging it
filled with material/it feels pretty solid, can take a good battering.
suitable for adults or older children.
There's also a bracket if youre interested in having the bracket bolted onto a wall (you'll have to supply your own bolts , theres none here)
Or just use the chains and find something suitable to hang it from.
Suitable for kickboxing/martial arts as well as Boxing practice.
