Would be most grateful if you read my gumtree advert headed
“BOWLS WANTED MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION”
as it explains in detail why I have so many sets for sale.

Thank you to all who have given me such lovely reviews as this is very much appreciated that you have taken the time and also is a reassurance to anyone who understandably is apprehensive of paying by bank transfer when requiring courier delivery. This due to sadly the number of scammers who spoil it for genuine sellers.

Also I have a selection of bowls that I have still not had the time to advertise including a number of lower priced sets purchased well over a year ago that were purchased for new players who in my opinion not purchase expensive bowls till sure they are happy with the size and bias.
So please enquire if none in the adverts are suitable.
I have a far to large selection of sizes 4 5 & 6 due to my lack of thought when I started obtaining sets and have only listed one set of 5’s and no 6’s yet. So “HELP” need bowlers with large hands to get in touch. 🥵😂🙏
Will try and get these additional sets added with the assistance of a friend ASAP.

sizes for reasons explained.

Have decided to reduce my prices on all sets where practical as now aware I have purchased far to many sets in sizes 3 - 5 and still have only limited options in 0000 - 2 so need to have the finance to build a sensible mix of sizes in all the most popular selling bowls.

This venture has been very enjoyable but also very challenging and in life have always seemed to learn things the hard way but will hopefully eventually get it right.🥵

I am able to offer same for £7.50 but sadly due to past scam attempts can only accept bank transfer in advance of sending.

Due to recent changes in my personal circumstances have now decided to offer a wider range of size options than those used personally due to requests from some players in my club where I do voluntary coaching and others from other clubs who have since contacted me.

If you already have a set but wish to change model or size for any reason will also now consider a part exchange if the set are in very good condition.

Also more than wiling for any potential buyer to view on Face Time or WhatsApp to check condition is as advertised due to a number of personal purchases on Ebay where on receiving bowls were frustratingly bearing no resemblance to the description and photos provided on advert.
This resulted in a lot of extra time and hassle going through all the return process before getting full refund.

This set and some other Almark and Taylor sets were purchased some time ago and due to personal circumstances did not have time to advertise till near the end of last years outdoor season and decided not to continue to show the adverts again till now as in my opinion certainly not suitable for indoor bowling due to having a very wide swing.
These sets were purchased for beginners who wish to have a wide swinging bowl with a low outlay
in case they decide to change to a mid bias or narrow bias once developing their skills.

I have managed to make arrangement’s for assistance in packing and now allow option of courier delivery due to numerous potential sales lost as was previously only able to offer collection only.
I can offer this for a very low additional cost of £7.50 but sadly only if buyer is prepared to pay by bank transfer due to recent scam attempts. My 60 plus reviews will hopefully reassure you I am a genuine seller due to so many scammers in recent times.

The set of Taylor Lignoids size 4 bowls as shown in photos are in excellent condition for their age.
This model is only suitable for outdoor use in y opinion as it is a wider swinging bowl.
The set shown in photos has the standard grip but there is also a set that is the same size and model with Circle/Suregrip listed on my gumtree ads if preferred.

As this set is in very good condition my asking price of £165 allows a significant saving of approx £200 which is of great value when you consider to purchase new currently sell for approx £365.
