It can easily be folded up by holding the one end of running belt towards the display panel, roll it on its front transport wheels and put against a wall or somewhere convenient. The smooth and powerful 1 horsepower motor for this treadmill’s size offers enough drive for real speeds up to 6 mph. The range of speed is specified between 1mph and 6mph and you can adjust it via the control panel.

You have the Speed – and + buttons and the five quick speed buttons for 2 km/h, 4 km/h, 6 km/h, 8 km/h and 10 km/h as well as the Program, Mode, Start and Stop buttons. The blue LED-backlit display shows the distance traveled, time exercised, calories burnt and current speed. Users that weigh up to 17 stone/109kg/ 242 pounds can jog or run on this machine with the sturdy steel frame, as the running belt measures 99x33cm/39 x 13 inches. You have 12 built-in preset fitness programs to choose from on the panel, which you can see on both sides of the large backlit LCD display that is easy to read and manage.

There is a red clip with a magnet security key for emergency stops and in case you fall off or drift back, that you can attach to your shirt or shorts.
