Description
Let’s not bury the lede here - this car is cosmetically good for its age, but it’s is going to need some work. The brake on the rear nearside is sticking, the suspension is probably going to need some work done (bushings, arms, rusted bolts etc), the exhaust has snapped (looks like a previous owner has done a fairly poor straight-pipe job), and the dual-mass flywheel is probably needing replaced - big vibrations when the clutch pedal is depressed.
On the plus side, the bodywork is in pretty good shape for an 18-year old car, a previous owner did an intake and a tune on it, so when it goes right it’s *rapid*, it’s had new rear shocks & springs and a new nearside headlight while I’ve owned it, along with a couple of bits of recall work (battery terminals and blower motor wiring). - could be a good wee fixer-upper for someone with some mechanical skills.
Car still has MOT until November.
