For sale is my BMW 635d which is known to be one of the best all round balanced cars. It looks great, feels amazing to drive, comfortable for long journeys, has power in all of the rev range, is extremely reliable and delivers over 40mpg on a daily commute. The car has had various preventative maintenance carried out using genuine parts and has never had any issues in my ownership. Sad to see it go but change of circumstances forces sale.

Engine:
The legendary M57B30N2 in its final iteration producing 286 horse power from factory. This straight six engine is known for its reliability, unlike the newer N series and has had full servicing carried out using genuine BMW parts. Starts on the button, no smoke, pull throughout the rev range and does not loose any fluids. All important cooling system has been done using genuine parts with a recent full service. Never been mapped, always warmed up and looked after.

Transmission:
ZF6 6-Speed automatic transmission with steering wheel paddle shift and SPORT mode. It has been professionally remapped using xHP software that brings the box to 2025 standards by smoothing the shifting and adding various features. This not only makes the car nicer and more predictable to drive in auto, it sharpens up manual and increases MPG. Completely reversible and can be set back to standard if the buyer prefers. Smooth in every gear, even first thing in the morning, no issues at all.

Exterior:
Finished in Sapphire Black, the paintwork presents very well with only light age-related marks. The car has been previously polished and remains easy to clean and maintain, while the 19-inch black alloy wheels add to overall appearance. Rear windows have been professionally tinted and the back box has been replaced with stainless tips (quiet, yet adds character)

Interior:
Two-Tone black/cream leather interior. Well-maintained, good condition, very comfortable and practical. As these cars never came with a temperature gauge, a OBD2 gauge has been fitted that not only shows the water temperature, but oil temperature too. This helps understand and maintain correct warm-up procedures, prolonging the life of the engine.

Faults:
The body work is in good condition for a 18 year old car, but minor imperfections such as stone chips or minor scuffs are to expected.
Some paint flaking is present on the alloys, common with age.
The drivers cream leather seat shows some darkening from use but remains structurally sound with no rips or tears.
SOS fault- common fault on these, the system uses Bluetooth of your phone to call emergency services once SOS button is pressed. Completely useless these days and can be coded out completely.
