In good condition with all straps and buckles fully functioning
Features adjustable footrests and a comfortable seat.
Used for about 6 months. Selling as we switched to frame mount after trouble with the pannier rack - make sure you get the correct weighted one! (Thule is fine and in great condition)
Some signs of wear and reflective tape, but overall good
