Description
Collectors! 70's Raleigh Wisp in blue. Ladies 21 inch frame with drop handlebars, 5 speed Huret Allvit gears, 27/8 inch wheels, good front wheel/tyre, and rear wheel/tyre is usable. Two new inner tubes recently fitted. Good caliper brakes, side pull. Chrome mudguards, good seat and rear carrier. Now all working.
