Description
This solid wooden headboard measures 137cm wide x 107cm high. It is 25cm deep at the base, narrowing to 17cm high at the top.
The bookshelf above the headboard extends the full width of the unit and has a light fitted above to facilitate reading in bed.
The shape of the unit enables a large suitcase to be stored behind the headboard - out of sight and saving space elsewhere!
The upper cupboard is fitted with a pull-down-flap which has a white formica coating - suitable for placing drinks on. The lower cupboard has a hinged door and provides handy storage.
The back of the unit still has the original manufacturer's label stuck on it, evidencing that it was produced by John Taunton-Weber Ltd from Kings Lynn in Norfolk, England and is Model No 3014.
