This appears to be a vintage Poole Pottery Sampler or Tapestry pattern tile mural. It is likely from the Cross-Stitch collection since this design appears on plates and flan dishes. These 6 inch square wall tiles have been fitted to a coffee table top. Although one tile has been cracked (top left), the tiles come with 3 spare tiles.
This appears to be an unusual item and apart from the use of the same picture on other products there is no record that I can find of this picture being put on wall tiles.
