My experience having a new shower room installed with Bristol City Kitchens and Bathrooms was first class. From the first visit from Bea I felt very confident in choosing this firm, she was great and her help with everything was second to none. Nathan did an excellent job and was very obliging, I am very happy with my new shower room and thank you all for this excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

If you are unsure which company to go for then i strongly recommend Bristol City Property Services (Kitchens+Bathrooms). The while experience was amazing and far exceeded expectations. Bea responded to our request and really put herself out throughout in order to answer queries, often outside of work hours. Antony was so friendly and kept on top of all of our queries and promptly resolved everything we were unsure of. The fitters, Warren and Rick were faultless, so friendly, accommodating and remaining calm to our endless requests. All in all look no further and trust these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Recently had my bathroom updated, bath taken out, toilet and sink replaced. Bristol City Kitchens and Bathrooms were amazing from start to finish. Bea came out to provide an estimate, she is like a whirlwind, lively, friendly, helpful, considerate and professional, she couldn't do enough to help. Throughout the whole process of arranging the works she offered suggestions and ideas which were greatly appreciated. Jamie the fitter who came out to undertake the works was also friendly, helpful and extremely professional. He made sure I was informed of everything he was doing and also made suggestions if he felt something would look or work better if undertaken slightly different. He always turned up when he said he would, and finished the work within the stated time and his work was excellent. It was also established that my gas boiler needed replacing, which I was aware of prior to them stating this. I also had this done through them. The gas fitter, Sam, was easy going, friendly, and again done a very professional job. From first contact to the end I was extremely pleased with all of their attitudes, their ability to put you at ease, how kind and friendly they all were, and the excellent work ethics and skills they showed. The bathroom looks amazing, as does my new boiler, I couldn't have asked for more. Bristol City Kitchens and Bathrooms are an amazing team and I would highly recommend them. I certainly wouldn't think twice about having them in to do future work. I would have given more than 5 stars had I been able to.

I recently had my bathroom fully renovated and I couldn’t be happier with the result — I absolutely love it. From the beginning, Bea was fantastic. She came out, gave me a quote, listened to what I wanted, and offered great ideas throughout the project. During the renovation, I changed my mind several times about different details, but the team was always patient, understanding, and happy to work with me. Any changes were discussed clearly and the quote was adjusted accordingly. My fitter, Mark, was excellent. As this was my first renovation project, I was unsure about certain things, but he gave helpful suggestions and guidance whenever needed. The whole team was professional, supportive, and easy to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a renovation. I was so pleased with the experience that I am now planning to have my kitchen renovated by them as well.
