I had Marcus and his team renovate both my kitchen and bathroom, and overall, I’m happy with the results. There were times when I felt a bit unsure about certain aspects of the work, but Marcus was always responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. He has a great eye for design, and I’m pleased with how everything turned out in the end. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Marcus responded quickly to messages and kept me updated almost daily, either by phone or text. His team was also friendly, polite, and professional at all times. I would recommend them!

I am so pleased I found this company & met Marcus & his team. They completed a full bathroom refit for me & did everything which was so less stressful for me. The work was excellent & of a high standard & the tradesmen that I met were helpful, polite & knowledgeable, I cannot fault them. Having worked alongside the trades for many years, I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. My wife broke her shoulder two days before we moved house. She was unable to shower or use the bath at our new house. Having had several good reliable quotes from different companies, Marcus from Ultimate Renovations turned up for his appointment bang on time, looking like he has just stepped off a 15 hour transatlantic flight. I briefed him, what we wanted and the urgency of the job and off he went into ‘Sales’ mode. No sooner had he finished talking and redesigning our family bathroom, things started to happen. His team (Victor and Dodge) were always polite punctual and goodness how they ‘grafted’. No sooner had Marcus said something was going to happen, it did, no excuses, no ‘out of stock’ no issues at all. He called every night to check we were happy with progress. Four days later, they’ve gone, job done, rubbish cleared and a very job happy pair of customers.
