Carlyon Bay Roofing and Property Maintenance Ltd

Description

Carlyon Bay Roofing and Property Maintenance Ltd is a building and property maintenance contractor working across Cornwall, from St Austell and Par through to Fowey, Mevagissey and Truro.

We take on whole projects and one-off jobs. Extensions and garden rooms, full property refurbishments, structural alterations, kitchens and bathrooms, joinery and carpentry, plastering and rendering, landscaping, patios, driveways and fencing. Roofing as well, which is where the business started and still a large part of what we do.

Because we cover the trades between us, a job needing groundworks, blockwork, a roof and a plasterer doesn't mean four separate firms and four sets of dates to juggle. You deal with one of us from the first quote through to the final clean-up.

We work regularly for letting and property agents across the county. That means we're used to work that needs doing quickly, tenants who need keeping in the loop, and landlords who want to know what it'll cost before anyone starts.

Every review we've had on Google is five stars. We're fully insured, we turn up when we say we will, and we'll tell you honestly whether something needs repairing or replacing rather than quoting you for the bigger job.

Free quotes with no obligation, and emergency callouts available at any hour.
