James replaced my kitchen tap. He replied very promptly to the job, showed up when he said he would, was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure that the tap was in good working order before leaving. He was also very patient when my daughter kept asking him questions. Thanks for the work.

Prompt response from James. Came the following evening & proceeded to fit the new kitchen tap. Done quickly & efficiently. No issues . He rang the next to see if there were any issues & to see if im happy with his work. A big YES.

SCAMMER AVOID AT ALL COST!! James Walker attended my property to remove a radiator so that I could put a cupboard in its place. He preceded to remove the radiator and I paid him cash as instructed and he left. Two hours later I went to take a shower to go to work and she water was freezing. I went to check the boiler and it was showing a fault. I heard water running in the house but no taps should have been on. I investigated and the radiator pipe which he work on was gushing water and flooding my bathroom, passageway and kitchen. I contacted James and explained what was happening , he preceded to let me know that I must have a faulty valve, I said it was working when you got here and you didn’t bring that up whilst you were here, I asked if he could come back and rectify this as this flooding would cause a lot of damage. he then said he’s in Surrey on another job and cannot come today despite me explaining that my house was being flooded as we spoke. He then hung up the phone on me . I called three times and no response. Completed con man, rogue, cowboy builder, rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting robbing people of their hard earned money. SCUM OF THE EARTH BUILDER! Will have to call out an emergency plummmer and I had to take Emergency Annual leave from work! God knows what the amount of damage this will cause and how much it will cost to rectify!
