Description

We work predominantly in the remedial area of construction i.e. renovation work and deal with specialist items as in Water penetration and subsequent issues caused ranging from Wet rot, Dry rot and condensation problems.

In the picture section you will see some of the types of works undertaken. Structural works also come under our remit as in, timber replacement (beams, joists, floors etc) To the eradication of wood worm, wet/dry rot. Problem solving is one area we do excel in the tracing of leaks.

The team is relatively small but extremely flexible with considerable knowledge in our field of works, as you will see we hold both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances for your peace of mind.

I had spoken to a few companies about damp proofing my basement flat with various quotes ranging from either vague to just ridiculous. When I finally landed on Roc I was pleasantly surprised. Communication was excellent from the off...During the site visit the problem was explained simply. The quote was very clear with options on how far I wanted to go on my budget. The tanking procedure was carried out quickly with minimal disturbance and great results. Rubbish was removed promptly. I can't rate these guys highly enough. Will definitely be using them again on some other damp issues that I need addressing down the line.

Many thanks for putting us in touch with these chaps, first class work and attitude, totally honest and reliable. We have used plenty of other so called tradesman in the past but no one comes close to Roc-Associates team.

We had been looking for a person or company for some time that would work with us with regards our basement conversion and after a number of a visits by others, Peter dropped by a that was it, first impresions do count, a hands on chap and a great set of lads behind him. First class service, on time and on budget.
