Mino Architect’s are based in Essex and are currently working on a wide range of projects from bespoke residential, commercial, retail, boutiques hotels, and religious centres.

We believe in the importance of understanding client’s needs, diagnosing problems, and together developing briefs comprehensively through all RIBA work stages, specialising in design conception to delivery.

The practice is exciting and driven with strong design understanding, lateral thinking and grounded logic with an old fashioned approach of hand drawing and model making to test ideas, with the delivery of computer visualisation.

A clear early stage process informs all design options, the proposed diagram that has been developed by hand drawings and physical models that ensure all our ideas are intellectually coherent and delivered clearly through a high standard of excellent architectural drawing and decision-making.

The practice believes in designing for the future with sustainable values that we believe benefits the environment, future life costs, as well as capital costs.

We pride ourselves in ensuring that all of our projects, large and small, are properly resourced with a direct architect management input and a highly experienced committed team who are able to meet the most challenging design and programme demands.

Cannot recommend Daniel @ Mino Architects enough. We had zero idea about what was required or expected in getting a simple extension, complete first timers, and so we needed someone we could trust, and from the very first conversations with Daniel, we knew we would be in safe hands... and he was so competitively priced too! What we didn't know was that the services he provided and assistance he gave us would go far beyond his drawings. Daniel's wiliness to talk to us and advise us on things like planning applications and agreements required, well after his final fee had been paid, was unreal, and led us to leave a review, which is something we don't really do! Such a nice guy and a pleasure to speak to. Not that we have much experience in dealing with the building trade, but I think most would agree that you need expertise, a friendly calming manner and to be trustworthy. Daniel has all these and more and I have no hesitation in saying that Daniel will be a part of any future project we may embark on. Thanks again Daniel.

Daniel Pugh from Mino Architects did an excellent job of preparing plans for my outbuilding at very short notice, completing. Planning Application forms , submitting same and liaising with Local Authority as my agent on my behalf - and I am happy to say with a positive outcome. Lorraine Johnson.
