We’re seeking a friendly, hands-on couple to manage the Admiral Hawke, a charming recently refurbished village pub in the heart of Boston Spa. With open fires, cosy rooms, a trade kitchen, and a sunny garden with car park, it’s a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.

Why this role is special:

This is a permanent, salaried, live-in position with full training and ongoing support from our independent Tadcaster brewery. You’ll enjoy the independence of running your own pub while taking pride in serving traditional Samuel Smith beers – brewed locally and sold exclusively in our pubs. It’s more than a job; it’s a lifestyle in a thriving, upmarket village setting.

Recently refurbished with characterful rooms and open fires Trade kitchen ready for a strong branded food trade Garden and car park for guests to relax outdoors Located in the desirable Boston Spa village Roles & Benefits:

Permanent joint management contract with Samuel Smith Brewery Rent-free managers’ flat above the pub All utilities paid by the brewery (excluding council tax) Full training provided – previous experience helpful but not essential A £1,000 security deposit is required. Opportunity to run your own pub and make it a vibrant community hub.
