The standard of David Glen & Sons bagpipes (all the Glens) ranks among the highest throughout the industry. One thing that is consistent with all the bagpipes made by David Glen is the very high quality of materials and workmanship.
Ideal for a collector or a piper. The classic David Glen bagpipe is pictured below. Cocuswood. Button mounts with nickel ferrules and rings and bushings. Easy on the shoulder. Exquisitely made and a joy to play. Although lower pitched, David Glen chanters are remarkably true.
The black wooden case also comes with a bagpipe bottle opener as piping can be thirsty work. Ideal for piping the haggis in this Burns Supper Season. Usually “A man’s a man for a’ that” is played.
