Here at CRW we provide care and support to vulnerable people with complex needs to live as independently as possible and as part of the wider community.
We support people in their own homes – levels of support vary according to your needs.
We specialise in supporting people with a learning disability, challenging behaviour, and mental health issues, Physical disabilities, people at risk of falls, young people, young offenders, substance misusers, people needing end of life care, people recovering from falls or illness, people recovering from stroke, people living with dementia and alzheimers, people needing support to manage their continence needs people with long term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease etc.. and the elderly. We can set up bespoke, person centred services for you in an area of your choice in the UK. Our flagship service in the Wiltshire area is 24 hour live in care. Which is an option for individuals to remain in their own homes with dedicated 24 hour care. We also offer a variety of services such as home help with a minimum time of 30 minutes per visit, respite care - in your own home or away from your home, support to attend appointments, accessing the community, sit in services, wake nights, shopping, and meal services.

I don’t work with CRW Consultancy but they provide care for my Mum. This company has been a lifesaver to both me and my Mum. There is mainly Kathy and 2 or 3 other carers who have worked diligently and painstakingly in a very difficult situation within my Mum’s home during the last 2 years. My mind is now put at rest and my Mum knows that she can rely on the carers even though she herself can be difficult at times. Thankyou Jamie and Kathy for giving me my life back.

Good response time and professional approach and listened to my requirements. The company website is very basic and The website is very basic and although they mention the CQC on their website they are not rated by the CQC Statement on CQC website “We are carrying out checks on locations registered by this provider. We will publish the reports when our checks are complete.”

Didn't realise who I was working with at first but have hired a really nice lady through CRW called Primrose. Very pleasant and a very good worker. Early days but I want it to be successful.

CRW have been providing care for my Cousin, who has Down Syndrome and Dementia. His care has been excellent, and his needs are being well catered for. I have had no cause for concern during the time that have been caring for him. I have regular contact from the Care Manager and day to day careers.
