Description

Care for: B9, B7 & G5

Days: Saturday & Sunday

Hours: 8:00am – 7:00pm

Location: Notting Hill, London

Salary: £20–£25 net per hour (dependent on skills, experience and previous earnings)

Start: ASAP

A warm, longstanding client of the agency is seeking an experienced English-speaking Weekend Nanny to support the care and development of their three children aged 9, 7 and 5.

The role will primarily involve supporting the children throughout the weekend with a mixture of educational support, activities, outings and day-to-day organisation. The family would love someone who is engaging, proactive and confident caring for school-aged children, while also bringing a calm and positive presence to the household.

You will help to oversee the children’s routines, accompany them to weekend activities and outings, support homework where needed, and encourage curiosity, creativity and learning through play and conversation. The family would particularly value someone with a strong educational background or someone naturally confident supporting homework and academic development in an encouraging and age-appropriate way.

The role will also involve helping to keep the children organised day-to-day, including managing their clothing, wardrobes, school items and belongings, and ensuring everything is prepared for the week ahead.

The mother is very hands-on and actively involved in the children’s daily lives, and the family would love someone who enjoys working alongside parents in a collaborative and supportive way. The household is fully staffed, including a long-standing live-in housekeeper who manages the cooking and general cleaning, so the role is focused on childcare, organisation and educational support rather than household duties.

The ideal candidate will be warm, organised, engaging and naturally confident supporting school-aged children. Someone proactive, educationally minded and genuinely invested in helping children thrive would be very well suited to this position.

There are no pets in the household.
