Care for: Girls 4 & 10 years, Boy 8 years

Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Location: High Street Kensington, London, W8

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 gross per annum (dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience)

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced, professional educationally focused Rota Nanny with a passion for working with school aged children for a wonderful two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off position. You will be joining a warm and welcoming UHNW family in West London, within a fully staffed household.

Working in partnership with the parents, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the children are cared for to the highest standard both emotionally and physically whilst following a healthy, balanced, and age-appropriate routine.

You will manage their daily care, routine, work closely with their schools, support with homework, arrange all the playdates, activities and medical appointment. You will also assist with nursery duties and maintaining a clean and organised environment.

The family highly values a nanny who is warm, nurturing, active, proactive, discreet and professional. The successful candidate will work closely with the other rota nanny and parents to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach. You will work collaboratively and support both parents and children within a team-oriented household. A history of long-term placements, previous rota experience, and glowing references are essential.

The household is fully staffed, including housekeepers and a chef. This position would suit a nanny with a proven track record of caring for school ages children who has worked on a rota basis who is experienced in working within a HNW staffed household. The ability to travel with the family during school holidays is essential as they have 2nd home in LA and also travel frequently in the holidays. Flexibility and adaptability is essential. A confident driver is essential for school runs and to take to activities.
