Role: Rota Nanny
Location: Mayfair
Hours: 1 week on / 1 week off
Care for: B5
Salary: £80,000 gross per annum

A high-profile family based in Mayfair is seeking a professional and experienced Rota Nanny to care for their five-year-old son on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a formal, fully staffed household, and the role is strictly childcare-focused—no cooking or nursery duties required. You will share the role with another nanny on a 1 week on / 1 week off basis, living in during your working week.
The family's priority is to find a nanny who is confident in planning home-based activities and play that support the child’s learning, creativity, and development. Maintaining structure and routine while also creating a nurturing and engaging environment is key.
The role involves regular international travel during school holidays (Europe and the USA), and you’ll be expected to plan age-appropriate activities while abroad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, discreet, and a confident communicator with previous experience in similar rota roles.
The family is offering a highly competitive salary of £80,000 gross per annum for the right candidate.
