Role: Sole Charge Nanny (Live-in or Live-Out)

Care for: Two school-aged children

Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm

Location: Wandsworth

Start date: Early January 2026

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 gross per annum (dependent on skills, experience and previous earnings)

A kind, loving family are seeking an experienced nanny to care for their two school-aged children. Both children enjoy school, get along well and follow a healthy and varied routine. Their current nanny has been with the family for over four years now and they are similarly seeking long-term help.

The children attend school from approximately 8:15am–3:30pm. During this time, you will manage child-related organisation, plan and prepare simple, nutritious meals, support afternoon activities, and take responsibility for walking the family dog. Afternoons involve school pick-ups, accompanying the children to local clubs, supporting homework and music practice, preparing supper, and helping guide them through a consistent evening routine.

Both parents work in the City and typically manage one drop-off and pick-up each week. They are looking for a nanny who is comfortable taking initiative, communicating clearly, and maintaining structure day-to-day. A housekeeper attends three days per week and manages the children’s ironing.

The family values reliability, sound judgement and organisation. They are looking for someone who maintains routines confidently, manages school and diary administration, supports the children’s activities, and coordinates occasional appointments. They would like a nanny who can provide calm, consistent guidance while encouraging positive behaviour and communication.

There is no expectation to travel with the family. Holiday allowance is generous with up to 8 x weeks paid holiday a year.
