Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving and age-appropriate care within a safe and structured environment Plan and implement engaging activities that support early learning, development and independence Maintain the highest standards of safety awareness and supervision at all times Support daily routines including meals, naps, outings and nursery schedules Work collaboratively with parents, maintaining clear and open communication Ensure children’s areas, clothing and belongings are organised and impeccably maintained Travel with the family and provide overnight support when required Candidate Profile Highly experienced career nanny with proven rota and live-in experience Warm, nurturing and genuinely child-focused, with a strong understanding of early years development Flexible, hardworking and positive, with a proactive “hands-on” approach Grounded, discreet and professional with a low-ego mindset Calm, reliable and highly safety-conscious Confident working alongside hands-on parents in a private household Demonstrated longevity in previous roles (ideally 5+ years with one family) The Role Would Suit A dedicated career nanny seeking a long-term position within a respectful and engaged family, where high standards of care and professionalism are valued and appreciated.
