Description
Role: Rota Nanny (Permanent)
Caring for: Two children, ages 2 and 5
Location: Marble Arch, London
Days & Hours: 7 days on / 7 days off
Salary: Up to £80,000 gross per annum
Start: ASAP
A warm and welcoming family in Marble Arch is seeking a permanent rota nanny to care for their two children - a lively, outdoorsy 5-year-old and a cheerful, inquisitive 2-year-old.
The family would love to find an experienced, confident, and emotionally attuned nanny who can meet the needs of both children and bring a fun, positive energy to their days. The older child is full of curiosity, loves cycling in the park, building Lego cities, and telling imaginative stories. The youngest is sociable, playful, and loves anything to do with water play, music, and messy sensory activities.
This role will involve planning and leading engaging age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, doing school and nursery runs, preparing healthy meals, and keeping a calm, consistent routine.
The family enjoys regular travel - from sunny beach escapes to ski trips - so a nanny who is flexible, organised, and happy to pack a bag at short notice will thrive in this role.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a caring, proactive, and adaptable nanny who enjoys working within a rota setup and supporting children at different stages of their early years.
