This is a 1/12 scale dolls house with accessories and lighting, please see photos as these detail exactly what you’ll receive.
The house is assembled and painted but the rooms require finishing and the lights needs to be installed.
It is two stories high with hallway and 4 rooms plus a large attic room and measures 88cm wide x 78cm high x 52cm deep.
Please note that due to its size it is collection only from Thetford, Norfolk and I’ll help load it onto your transport, all the accessories will be safely boxed up.
