My wife's father bought this hobby dollshouse in the early 60s, which we assume was in kit form. He painstaking constructed it and decorated it. The big thing about this particular one is it comes with all the original 1960s dolls furniture that my wife was given with the dolls house and has been in our family since then with our own daughters getting hours of fun out of it! as well. The size is approx 65cm wide and 47cm depth. Estimated height to top of the chimneys is approx 69cm.
I think it's fair to say the dolls house is showing its age although overall it still looks very good. As you can see by the photos one window has come out of its location & part of the tiny metal hinges have broken. Personally I would simply stick the window into place and leave it as a non-opening unit but if someone wants to repair it, fine. The grass at the front is fragile. I have taken extensive and close-up photographs so that you can zoom in and see everything for yourself.
