Description

I've been teaching music for over 20 years now, and have taught hundreds of students piano, guitar, music composition, theory, and production.

I'm a graduate of the St. Petersburg Conservatoire and have studied music composition with Boris Tischenko, himself a pupil of Dimitri Shostakovich.

I have found Dimitri to be an excellent teacher, especially good for me as he understood my musical taste and where I wanted to go playing the guitar and has pushed me in those directions. Each week my playing is pushed in both practical and theoretical directions and this has made me love the instrument even more.
