Hi I’m Douglas. I have over 10 years of experience in the architectural sector working as an architectural designer in residential works, the education sector and conservation building design. I am now a qualified ARB architect and have recently set up my studio in Seaford. A little more about me and my work:

My time working at different practices has taken me from London to Scotland covering inner city planning and construction as well as rural planning by exceptional design quality and building logistics on a remote Island. I have focused my design on several sectors over the years. In residential design particularly I have produced high-end bespoke architecture for dream houses and medium scale social housing flatted living for councils.

At Working Hands Architects I offer architect services from initial design, planning, through to construction. I use the RIBA plan of work 2020 and RIBA Standard Professional Services Contract 2020 Scope of Services to ensure design quality and management.
