My fees are significantly more competitive than traditional Architectural Practice Fees. I can offer this cost saving as I am a registered Sole Trader, VAT exempt and working from home.

Specialising in all Domestic and Commercial work, I have over 20 years of experience providing high quality Architectural Design for projects including Domestic Extensions, One-off Houses, to schemes of multiple Housing, Flatted Developments and Commercial Projects including Student Flats, Office, Retail, Hospitality and Warehouse refurbishments.

I have a client-focused Professionalism, a drive to achieve your requirements and Design Work that achieves all industry standards with all drawings complying with RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and Local Planning Authority Standards.

I have a broad range of professional contacts with whom I can collaborate with to offer a Complete Design Service for any project.

These contacts include Building Contractors, Structural Engineers, Energy Assessors, Landscape and Environmental Consultants, Estate Agents and many others.

I have dealt extensively with Local Authority Planning Departments including Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council, North Somerset Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council and further afield in the Midlands, Reading, Cardiff, London and in various South Coast locations*.

I use the latest Autodesk AutoCAD 2026 Design Software to create accurate drawings that comply with all Architectural, Local Planning Authority and Construction Industry Standards.

* Within 20-mile radius of Bristol City Centre. Initial visits to locations further afield to discuss a project will incur a basic charge to cover travel expenses but this would be deducted from a Fee Proposal should you decide to proceed.
