The level of communication, consideration, and knowledge we received from Online Architectural Services really impressed us. The group was amiable, dependable, and competent. They collaborated closely with us, assisting us with the planning and design phases as well as the hiring of structural engineers, quantity surveyors, party wall surveyors, and quantity surveyors, and preparing us for what will hopefully be a successful build.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Architect Seema helped us bring our designs to life and assisted all the way to planning permission approval by the local council. Communication was always prompt and in a timely manner by WhatsApp or email. Premiums charged are fair and reasonable but ultimately the service provided is exceptional which is what matters the most. They also provide structural calculations and building regulations which we are looking forward to working with the team again.

Seema has been really helpful throughout the planning application process. The team who visited were polite and meticulous in getting the details for the design work. I also hustled Seema quite a lot and the planning officer requested several changes to the drawings; throughout this process Seema was calm and responded in good time leading to a successful application. The whole exercise was cost effective too. I would highly recommend OAS.
