I enjoyed working with Petre to get planning permission for a 3 bedroom house on land we owned at Harptree. We had to change the design to fit in with the planners and ecological survey . Petre was extremely helpful and patient with all participants. He coordinated all parties for us . I chose Petre for his enthusiasm for ecological principles, abilities and qualifications allowing us to propose a modest new home .

Two storey extension of semidetached house in Bath. Timber clad and bespoke design. Petre was very considerate of the setting and we were extremely happy with his design and the quick turnaround. We were impressed the PRAiA included the 3D visuals to help us understand the proposals better. Petre was very eager to help us through the process and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
