The structural engineer discussed with us what we wanted him to do. Did the job answer said I would have the report in 3 to 5 days. Reliable and trustworthy

I had to ask them to rewrite the structural report 3 times. Wrong property referenced, wrong address put on the report and no report of the structural defect. I had to email head office in the end and ask them to intervene.

Paid £600 for a site visit and survey to be carried out and the engineer never turned up. When I called customer services the agent I spoke to was evasive and defensive and pivoted when I requested (on multiple occasions) for a refund. I explained that I had lost faith in the business and wanted my money back, and the agent kept asking me to give them time to find out what had gone wrong so they could rearrange my appointment. The agent finally agreed to pass my request for a refund on to the accounts team, but would not confirm if it would be approved or when I could expect the money back. Awful customer services, avoid.

The initial contact from Sophie was very professional, friendly and reassuring. She established our needs and matched the service to the requirements. We had added urgency due to complications in the chain, which Plansing noted and stepped up for us. The Chartered Structural Engineer that visited us today was a continuation of the friendly professional interaction we had upon enquiry and booking. Mr Arslan was punctual, spoke in terms we understood and gave a great representation of the Charter as one would expect. Honesty, thoroughness and respectfulness were his presentation and we were left in no uncertainty that we had made the correct choice in appointing Plansing to compile our Structural Engineers Report. Highly recommended without question.
