Frazer and the Plan It team were excellent from start to finish. They fully managed the architectural drawings and guided us through all of the technical pre-project stages, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well organised. What really set Frazer apart was going beyond just the design work — he also connected us with several builders (we ended up choosing Ambrose at HBB Ltd) who turned out to be outstanding and delivered the project to a very high standard. The project was completed just before we welcomed our newborn, which made the timing absolutely perfect and took a huge amount of pressure off us during an already busy and emotional period. We’re extremely happy with the final result and genuinely grateful for the support, professionalism and network that Frazer brought to the project. I am mid build with Plan IT on a project to add a wraparound extension to a bungalow - The partnership process so far has been faultless, with the right blend of professionalism and engagement. This process to most of us is a confusing and daunting, I am pleased to say Frazer, Harry and Alicia have where needed simplified the terminology and process and been a joy to work with. The design and planning approval went smoothly and exactly as the team advised. We are in build and probably the most valuable part of the service at this point is their continued engagement and relationship with my builder JB Construction and Renovations, this has enabled the rapid resolution of queries and challenges as they arrive. I worked with Plan It on both the designs for a full reconfigure and extension of our newly purchased house and also designs for our rear garden. Frazer, Harry and the team were always available for us and no issue was too big (despite me probably pestering them!) - Would highly recommend - the meticulous detail and ideas they had for our house have made our dream home come true and their hard work and dedication to their craft is exemplary.
