We used PlanIt earlier this year for our 2 storey kitchen and bedroom extension. It was our first extension and we had absolutely no idea about anything! Frazer travelled to our home and explained everything, a complete idiots guide - he was very knowledgeable. We thought they may be too expensive for us as the service they could offer was far better than anyone else we'd spoken to. The quote was in-line with others we'd had and so using PlanIt was the best and easiest decision we made throughout the whole process. Frazer made contact directly with the builder so we didn't have to play middle man, arranged all of the searches and checks with utility providers. Even post-build is still helping us arrange the signing off with building regs. PlanIt took so much stress and work out of the build for us and gave us so much advice which undoubtedly saved us time and money. We're very grateful for their help and would highly recommend.
