Please do not give Andrew any of your time! I cannot stress enough how much i do not recommend this unprofessional and quite frankly rude man. Once money was exchanged, no calls or emails were returned, drawings provided were basic at best, no planning was ever submitted as agreed, we had no choice but to contact the planning office ourselves on multiple occasions for answers as no answers or support from Andrew. Agreed a refund as he accepted he had provided abysmal service, despite chasing numerous times no refund was ever received. Took to small claims court, surprisingly Andrew also ignored this so now has a CCJ…do not trust this man or his service…despicable!

Terrible service! Was very polite and friendly until received payment then went quiet. Very rude when asked for updates then stopped all communication all together. All plans were wrong as kept putting doors in that weren’t even in house and measurements are out. now at a standstill with planning because of this. DO NOT HIRE!!

We have enlisted Andrew to submit plans and quote for single story extension. So far satisfied with his approach and communications
