Phil was really good to work with as he explained different easy options for my extension. He told me he could draw plans for both Planning & Building Regulations which means I didn't need to find 2 people to draw plans. He was quick with the finished plans and was available for my questions. Thanks

Had the luck of finding Phil due to needing some help with our planning and building regulations applications. From our first meeting and throughout the applications to finishing off the build Phil was professional, patient, kind, and always willing to take the time to explain and reassure us of the next steps to take. Of all the people involved in the process from start to finish Phil was always the first one I’d turn to for help and advice and he was always quick to answer any queries we sent his way. Couldn’t recommend Phil highly enough and am so grateful that we found him to guide us through what is a chaotic, confusing and often frustrating process of building an extension.

We have previously used Phil for our house move surveys and recently for help with planning permission for a drive way and a sale of some land. With his professional expertise of drawing up the plans and knowledge of what is required, Phil acted as our agent making the process uncomplicated and less stressful for ourselves. Communication via telephone and email is also prompt. Would highly recommend this company.
