We have previously used Phil for our house move surveys and recently for help with planning permission for a drive way and a sale of some land. With his professional expertise of drawing up the plans and knowledge of what is required, Phil acted as our agent making the process uncomplicated and less stressful for ourselves. Had the luck of finding Phil due to needing some help with our planning and building regulations applications.
