Josh is really good at what he does. He is unflappable, and commands such respect from the tradesmen that everyone who came into contact with our build all pulled together really well. Our budget was tight but we have been able to absolutely transform the space, and I am so grateful to Josh for how hard he worked to make that happen. His designs and vision are so considered and innovative, and he takes a lot of time thinking about materials and colour palettes and advising on how to best achieve the look we wanted. I highly recommend his services. He also got the planning through on round 1 which is always good!!
