I wouldn’t use this company again if they were the last option on earth. To start, he arrived 2.5 hours late with no meaningful apology. When he finally showed up, instead of being professional, he immediately became aggressive and confrontational because we had taken some parts apart in an attempt to fix the issue ourselves. Like most people, we tried to sort it before instantly paying £130 for a call-out. He repeatedly said things like, “Why would you even attempt to do it yourself? You clearly didn’t know what you were doing, that’s why you needed me,” and told us we were a “waste of time.” He then claimed he could continue with what was originally agreed, but that it “wouldn’t resolve the issue anymore” because we had touched other parts. His tone was loud, hostile, and intimidating. I work from home and I was in a meeting. Everyone in my meeting could hear him even though my door was closed so that gives you an indication as to how loud he was. At one point, he told us we had five seconds to make a decision and actually started counting down at us. When we said no, he stormed out. This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I’ve had with any tradesperson. I genuinely don’t understand where the five-star reviews are coming from. Based on our experience, I would give zero stars if that was an option. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
