Description
Antique/Vintage Oval Brass Charger, relief-decorated with historic characters drinking in a tavern scene. The perimeter frieze decorations show various motifs of mythical creatures, motifs etc.
A wall hanger ring is fitted to the rear. Good condition generally commensurate with its age, eg couple of small, thin splits in frieze joint connection not really discernible when hung. The front surface has a nice historic patina finish.
(however this could look equally as attractive if a new owner chose to polish it!)
