Selling two genuine 19th-century Victorian antique pieces together as a restoration project.

​1. Late Victorian Aesthetic Movement Sheet Music / Document Cabinet (c. 1870s)
​Features: Ebonized timber frame with fine gilt line-inlay, geometric marquetry border, and figured burr wood door and top panels. Contains all original internal sliding shelves/trays and brass drop handles.

​Condition: Needs significant cosmetic restoration/refinishing. The top veneer finish is heavily worn/flaked, and there is edge wear to the plinth, but the structure is sound and all original pieces, doors, and internal trays are present. One tray damaged but all pieces are there.

​2. Victorian Burr Walnut Swing Toilet / Dressing Mirror (c. 1860–1880)
​Features: Arched frame on S-scroll supports, turned bun feet, original tilt hardware, and two curved "secret" cushion drawers in the plinth base.
​Condition: Overall good structural condition, but the top surface has water marks/stains and needs a re-wax/polish.
