Description
GENUINE VICTORIAN ANTIQUE GLASS DOME WITH VINTAGE ORNATE WEDDING CAKE DECORATION.
This is a very rare and unique item the wedding cake of an elderly friend's parents - which makes it at least 100yrs old.
Unfortunately she passed away in 2021 age 88 and her parents also passed away many years ago
We were not sure what to do with with our friend is no longer around to treasure this as she did.
The glass dome itself is an antique on a wooden base and in great condition and worth £125 on it's own
The approximate dimensions are height 35cm & width 20cm
Also as you will appreciate it is very difficult to put a monetary value on such a rare & treasured piece but it is not a reproduction but a genuine item
This is very delicate and can be collected from the Duddingston area on the East side of Edinburgh.
