Sold and priced individually, the marionettes are 17inches in height, they require the control strings to be untangled and there are area's of the gesso on the puppets faces that need a little resto, if at all necessary. They have multi directional eyes which work with individual controls over each, and also separate operation of the mouths. But apart from the control strings, I think they are in ve
ry good condition, they are over 50 years old, and they are £50 each. I also have a Muffin the mule
puppet.
The other items are just to fill in the photo spaces with some of the 70 to 100 items we are having to sell so we can downsize. An 1860's Burr Walnut Davenport, a Sheesham coffee table with a beautiful grain colour, a 1950's/ 1960's 3 legged occasional table with a view of an Italian lake scene, (but not the Ercol pebble) and over 100 pieces of Victorian ceramics, 1920's, 1950's, and right through to recent collectable glass by artists like Jane Charles, and a famous Scandanavian glass artist Gunner Noyland, Monart, and of course Murano.
