These plates are by Eleonore Guinther and produced by Koniglich Privilegierte Porzellanfabrik Tettau, the oldest private porcelain manufacturer in Bavaria,

one has a certificate with it which matches the number on the plate
has a pamphlet which is in English
The plates are very attractive and come with there own hanging wire
good condition with no damage cracks
