Antique Carved Oak Cane Back Armchair – Barley Twist Legs
A handsome and well-proportioned antique oak armchair featuring beautifully carved detail throughout. This piece showcases classic barley-twist supports, a decorative carved crest rail, and both seat and back in traditional hand-woven cane, all framed within rich, warm-toned oak.
The chair has a strong, architectural presence and would work equally well as a hall chair, desk chair, bedroom accent or occasional armchair. The cane appears in very good condition with no obvious breaks, and the frame is solid with good colour and age-appropriate wear.
